Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for checking local import rules and preparing any required import permits, permit exemptions, APHIS labels, customs documents, or other destination country requirements before shipment.

Customs duties, taxes, VAT/GST, local inspection fees, and import clearance charges are the buyer responsibility.

For US Buyers

US buyers may need APHIS import permits, PPQ 587, permit exemption, or APHIS green-and-yellow shipping labels depending on the plant species and import requirements.

Please read our US import guide before ordering:

Live Plant Shipping Stress

Live plants are sensitive during international transit. Minor cosmetic damage, yellowing leaves, bent leaves, soft leaves, leaf marks, or temporary shipping stress may occur. This is common for live plants and usually improves after acclimation.

After receiving your plant, unpack it carefully, place it in bright indirect light, maintain humidity, and allow it time to recover before repotting or fertilizing.

If You Have Questions Before Ordering

Please contact ORAMICIN before completing your order if you are unsure about your country’s plant import rules, permit requirements, DHL shipment, or export documents.

It is better to ask before checkout than to risk delays during import inspection or customs clearance.
