1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. ORAMICIN ships live tropical plants internationally from Indonesia using DHL Express, subject to destination country import rules and live plant regulations.

We use DHL Express for international shipments because it is faster and more reliable for live plant export compared with standard postal services.

3. Do you provide a Phytosanitary Certificate?

Yes. A Phytosanitary Certificate from Indonesia is included free of charge for eligible live plant shipments.

4. What export documents are included?

We provide the required export documents and DHL invoice for international shipment. Documents may vary depending on destination country requirements.

5. How long does international shipping take?

Estimated DHL Express transit time is usually around 5–6 days to the United States and around 8–10 days to many other countries. Customs clearance and local delivery conditions may affect the final delivery time.

6. Do I need an import permit?

Import permit requirements depend on your country. Buyers are responsible for checking local live plant import rules before placing an order.

7. Who is responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, or GST?

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, local taxes, and other destination country charges are the buyer responsibility.

8. Can you ship to my country?

We can ship to many countries worldwide using DHL Express. However, live plant import regulations vary by country. Please check your country rules before ordering.

Yes. A valid buyer phone number is required for DHL delivery and customs communication.

10. Can you combine shipping?

Yes. Combined shipping is available whenever possible for multiple plant orders.

11. How are the plants packed?

Plants are carefully prepared for export using secure live plant packaging. Roots are protected and packed with appropriate moisture support for international transit.

Photos are for reference only unless stated otherwise. Natural variation in size, leaf shape, color, and variegation may occur. For variegated plants, each plant has unique patterns.

Yes. Minor cosmetic damage, yellowing leaves, soft leaves, small leaf marks, or shipping stress may occur during international transit. This is common for live plants and usually improves after acclimation.

14. What should I do after receiving the plant?

Unpack carefully, keep the plant in bright indirect light, avoid direct sun, maintain humidity, and allow the plant time to recover from shipping stress.

15. What if my plant arrives dead or severely damaged?

If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery with clear photos or video for review.
