When can I expect my order to ship?
The order you place need process of generating a phytosanitary certificate and it will take 4-6 working days. Then the plant quarantine process is 5-8 working days, then we will pack and ship to your country.
Shipping via DHL Express will take 3-10 working days. We do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
We guarantee your plants will arrive in happy, healthy condition. If not, we replace them for free as part of our 7-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can get a new shipment on its way to you. We require photos as proof of damage and to help us improve our packaging process.

You can also bring an online order into any of our shops for a replacement. Inventory online and in-store differs, so we recommend calling your closest store in advance to ensure availability, or we can help you pick out an alternative plant.

Tip: Sometimes plants just need a little TLC after being in transit. One of our plant care experts may coach you through how to overcome something cosmetic, such as bent leaves.



We don’t take any responsible if your package is held by custom. Please make sure you have import permit if it is required by your customs regulation. So far we can ship with no problem in US (order more than 12 plants must have import permit), France, United Kingdom, and Italy. But sometimes we can’t pass custom in Australia (50% sucess). And we can’t ship to South Korea. Please understand this condition
