Sometimes you may find the container does not have the full capacity, but that doesn't determine that we are cheating or reducing the content.
• Some of the products may come with a sealed package; some may not, and we do not accept complaints about non sealed containers since they are beyond our capacity.

• International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to seller nor are they set by eBay rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

• Some item may delay if held by customs for additional inspection
• Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination
• Order will be processed after we received the payment, and we will process it in 5 business days.
• Your address must include a contact phone number. This is very important since shipping company require it. Any shipping address without a valid phone number will lead to shipment. If you provide the wrong address and telephone number, we do not accept returns or replacements or refunds
• We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.
• Import duties, taxes and any charge are not included in the product price or shipping cost, these charges are the buyer responsibility.

• In certain conditions, where there are packages that cannot be delivered to the destination address for any reason (for example the recipient is not willing to pay taxes, the address is not found, etc.), the buyer AGREE not to ask for a return or refund because the package will be destroyed.
